Samantha Windham only statuatory rape in the eyes of the law......its only rape if she accuses him of rape......she may have hormones and an attraction to older type of guys.....seen this before.....so yes its wrong so charge him accordingly but she may be with another one if she is attracted to that......but why was she not being parented???? Why were thay allowed to be around each other etc....my wife and i raised 3 daughters.....at 13 we knew where our daughters were and who they were with.....they were with us....period!
