Went in to eat with my wife and room mate. Someone came to get our drink order, proceeded to never see that person again. To put in our ordered we had to find someone, put our order in waited 20 minutes for our food watched 3 other tables that came in after us get food and leave. Got our food it was alright, but in the almost hour and a half of being there we seen 3 people and when bringing it to management’s attention they gave us the excuse “for some of our employees it’s their first job so they are learning” if it’s their first job have they never been to a restaurant before? Do they not know what having good service is? In my opinion I won’t be back. But they are a chain it won’t effect them much.

The place is beautiful, We were so excited for the new restaurant in Poteau. We had to wait 30 minutes for just our drink order, then 45 minutes to have our order taken. We had our 17 month old granddaughter with us and was feeding her ice to tide her over. The food was amazingly yummy, the service needs a lot of work. We should not have to wait over an hour to have our order taken, then another 30 minutes to get or food. Another day my husband and friends went there and they sat there for 15 minutes and were ignored by staff and never had there order taken. They wind up leaving without being helped or eating.Parking: Hard to find parking because everyone has to wait for over an hour to get their food.

I ordered a chicken fried dinner to go. I opted for mashed potatoes & gravy & replaced the cole slaw with fried mushrooms. With tax my order was over $14.00.I got the food on time, but they left out the Texas toast. When I got my order, the mushrooms were under cooked & cold. The potatoes were dense & the steak was small. Nothing had been seasoned well. The gravy was more like bland, slightly thickened, white water.Maybe it was because the place is newer, I might try it again a ways out. For now I can't give this place a good rating. Even if the food had been good, it wouldn't have been worth that price.

Many of the workers there are still in training. I think they are doing an excellent job. At least they have a job. To the one complaining about an employee that works there as the general manager dating a younger lady, the owner might not know that so why judge the business by that alone. The wait time complaint they might have been understaffed have you ever heard of people calling in and the eggs over medium complaint send it back till they get it right or ask to speak to the manager on duty, I fed 9 people there and it was 110+ tip, 4 people for 60 buck isn't that bad other places for 2 people can be that much. I've been to SEVERAL of their diners and they are all good. The atmosphere is good. The waiters are nice. The food is good and at a reasonable price!!!

They're burgers there was excellent. They taste great and I had multiple servers even the manager helped me refill my drinks. The only problem was the burger meal cost a little too much, otherwise I would give it a 5 stars.

When you order eggs over medium you expect to get them over medium not over easy especially when you have to wait over an hour for your food then half your order is left out and wait another 30 minutes for the rest of your food to come out and it’s messed up I spent almost 60 dollars for me and 3 kids to eat will not go back

It was great service for a busy day. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming for every age. The food was cooked correctly. The Dagwood sandwich was great but I think the ingredients were different compared to the usual. Still great job when every table was full. The salad was perfect. We took only the drinks and kids meals to go.

Server She didn't say her name. But, as busy as it is. I'm not overly surprised. Atmosphere It's opening weekend, day two. This is a classic American diner. With 53 locations through out oklahoma, this will probably stay busy for many weeks. Food The chicken fried steak is NOT good. The culprit? The breading. It has a cracker type feel and it tastes rushed and over cooked. It totally lacks any real flavor other than over cooked. The old fashioned burger was quite good. Lots of flavor and prepared well. The Texas toast served with the cfs dinner tasted terrible. Like rancid butter, but super oily. The redemption was the mashed potatoes and gravy. The gravy was without a doubt. The best part. Overall With Oklahoma's affinity for fried and unhealthy everything. I'm sure this place will flourish long after opening weekend craze ends. Military Yes
