Take your time at the drive through window and check your bag thoroughly before driving off. This can save you some time and gas. As it stands right now, burger king is perfectly happy to allow the customer to suffer a loss of time and gas as a result of a mistake by the employee. I'm not mad at the employee. We all make mistakes. Since I have learned that any mistakes made at this burger king will just cost me more of my time and gas, going forward, I'm going to stay right at that drive through window, and thoroughly check the contents of my bag before driving off, on the off chance that I visit this place again.

We went for lunch after shopping. The young lady who took our order was so friendly and had fantastic customer service! Her name was perfect for how patient and helpful she was!! I had asked for a burger that they no longer make, not knowing it had been a limited time thing. I was going to order something else, but she said it was no problem at all, and they could try to recreate it. It's not often that we get to experience a great hamburger with world class customer service, but this was that occasion! 🎉🍔😊

Ordered on Wednesday. Got home and had someone else’s order. No big deal - called the store and spoke to Casey, who said to come back and get a replacement when I could. Came today (Friday) to get it. The lady was rude and basically called me a liar (twice) even after Casey confirmed what I said was true. Gave me the order (my fault for not checking it after the first time), I get home after my 30 minute drive and find out they didn’t even give me everything. Called the store and asked for manager. Was told to hold and then was hung up on.
