I spent over $70 on lunch yesterday for my grandson and I. I ordered chicken fajitas the meat was not grilled, and the toppings were very skimpy. My grandson had wings, they were hard and tasted old. All we had to drink was water with lemon. Lots of nerve to charge so much for inferior quality food. Will not be back.

First of all waitress had a bad attitude the entire visit. Second of all ordered bone in wings and was delivered bone LESS wings when asked to get them fixed the lady who brought our food out told us to “just keep them and I’ll get it fixed” talking about the boneless wings no problem get our food and when we get the bill we got charged for both orders of wings so we ask to take it off because it wasn’t our fault we got brought out the wrong type of wings so why should we be charged? Our waitress sends someone out to talk to us and “because we had eaten some of the wings” that the waitress TOLD us TO KEEP we had to pay for them ? When asking the man how that made any sense and why would he train his waitresses to tell us to keep the food if they were just going to charge for it and he said he “didn’t train anyone and that they had all been there 2 years longer than him” ?? Okay?? Then why are we talking to you?? By then end of asking for a refund the man walks away getting his phone out of his pocket like he was going to call the cops about $12 wings. Overall experience ruined. Servers rude. “Manager” not helpful. We also drove over a hour just to eat at this chili’s and we’re very disappointed. Atleast the food tasted good.
