Went for Mother's Day because a visiting friend doesn't have one in her town and hadn't been in years. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. I've never been fond of their food, and today was no exception to that, but the service was definitely not up to par today and they were not as busy as I would have thought, but that's probably due to the poor service and appetizer dominant menu. Meaning the whole menu is mostly just appetizers. There are very few entree options and most involve their disgusting instant rice or something spicy. So your options are fairly limited.
We were seated immediately, but took a bit to order as we were visiting with our out of town friend. The waitress popped up a few times to ask us to order, but once food was served, never checked on us once. She only had 3 tables and never checked on any of them. She was always in the back. We ordered an appetizer, cheese fries, and although the price went up to $10, the size went down to that of a small dessert plate. It was a side size, not appetizer size. No plates were provided and we only got one fork each so you didn't want to lose it. There was no salt or pepper on any of the tables, we had to ask for it and didn't see our waitress often so our food was cold by the time that happened. I don't know what she was doing in the back, but it wasn't waiting on her tables. Receiving the appetizer took so long that I forgot we ordered it. Then I got my salad immediately after and before I took two bites, our entrees arrived. But then she forgot, by her own admission, my shrimp and mushrooms, and I got them when I was about done. The shrimp had apparently sat because they were cold, and I had no idea but the grilled shrimp are also spicy and small cocktail size, not regular grilled shrimp and not what was in the pictures. Which I can't eat anyway so I took them home for someone else to eat later.
Then to top it off, I paid and while my daughter was waiting for me to come back from the restroom various employees kept pestering her pushing for her to leave. Just absolutely HORRIBLE service. I won't be back. I can get better quality food and service for less money from one of the locally owned restaurants. The best things we had tonight were my margarita and the desert. The pasta was gross, my broccoli and steak were horribly over peppered, potatoes needed butter and seasoning, my daughter kept getting a regular coke when she asked for diet. Just not a good experience. And in saying that, the server adjacent to us had twice the tables ours did and regularly checked them and tended to them promptly. Had we had her, I'm sure this review would have been much different.

The restaurant was fairly crowded seeing as how the local highschool was having its graduation ceremony that evening. Got seated immediately and received our meals in a timely manner. Service began to decline after we ordered causing us to resort to signaling a bus boy employee so we could get our drinks to go.

We enjoyed our lunch at chili's today. Our drinks were amazing. We chose the triple dipper for our appetizer, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, and honey bbq chicken with the ribeye surf n turf and the southwest grilled chicken salad. Service was outstanding 👏

Came in really late. To our surprise, they got the orders perfect. They were all super HOT and super fresh. We had dine in and carry out, and both were spot on. Drinks were always full and plenty of service. We enjoyed thoroughly.
