The folks are nice and the place is clean. But im sorry the food was not edible. Brisket has no flavor the pork taste bland like it was cooked in a crockpot. The Buffalo chicken mac taste like nothing but vinegar.

I'm here for work from Michigan and I got the cheesy cannon. It was seriously the best pulled pork sandwich i have ever had. I got the sweet heat and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The staff was super friendly and the barbecue matched. I'd give 10 stars if I could.😅

The cat at the front counter was very pleasant and gracious. Took orders, explained what each item was since it was a first time trying. The food was good but seemed to be lacking a good smoke taste. Being such a small place I would have thought there'd be a great aroma when walking in. Order the dirty dog hot dog (smoke sausage chilli dog). ? Tasked .... normal....? Similar to a spicy Sonic ft long. Spouse got baked potato loaded (brisket etc). Said was VERY good! Brisket was best thing eaten at the table. Potato was cooked just right, soft easy to eat. Only thing not liked/confusing was a sweet BBQ sauce or something ??♂️. BUT definitely DEFINITELY wouldn't be ? with getting brisket only in the future, maybe. In law got the quesadilla, and only said "it's ok" , when asked how it tasted. Overall, we agreed it's not terrible but wouldn't be back now that we've tried.

We stopped driving thru to get back to Texas and we were not disappointed. It was excellent! We had the smokin’ heifer ( chopped brisket with chopped hot links and bbq sauce of course) and it was delicious! We also got their brisket nachos (excellent!) and the potato salad, which was probably the best we’ve ever had! Next time we will try the pickle pasta, she said it was her mama’s recipe. Family run and beyond friendly! Cute lil place and it had outdoor tables but it was hot so we were happy to be inside. Any time we are in the area we will make a point to go back! Hopefully it will be on a Thursday-Saturday so I can try the ribs!
Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free options (brisket nachos and potato salad for us this trip).
