After a 20 minute wait in the Drive thru, the food was of much less quality than basically expected. The grilled chicken burrito was horrible. Each ingredient waswill continu placed in separate little piles rather than distributed through out the burrito. The chicken would have been consumed in maybe 2 bites if I hadn't have reconstructed the burrito. This store usually has a good quality of product. But lately, that aspect of quality is wanting.We will continue to trade at this location. Overall, of all the fast food places in town, your store has always had a good basic customer oriented service policy. Thank you for providing a positive influence in our community.

I’d like to believe that somewhere between substituting the fillets for cheap chicken strips on their sandwiches without telling me and using buns that have been burnt into hockey pucks this used to be a decent place to eat.. At least other new restaurants are finally opening up.
Absolutely terrible tonight, (6pm)Worst chicken wings ever, yes, they were extra crispy, and extra dry...I asked for salt, uh we don't have any....I asked for the cinnamon sticks, uh we don't have any....On top of that, the kitchen was trashed, the staff arguing about something in front of customers. The lobby, including the trash cans were full of refuse. Tables not clean and 5 or 6 employees doing absolutely nothing. Thanks to the Colonel for taking on that franchise....You guys have serious issues that perhaps the Health Department should be aware of.Well? No response? Shows how much you guys care about your customers

Absolute trash. Nearly everything advertised is constantly unavailable, and you can consider yourself lucky if half the stuff you pay for ends up in your bag. Just go to Fort Smith, it's worth the drive.

last 3 times the order was incorrect they gave me mashed potatoes with maybe a drop of gravy just to dirty the top and nothing to eat with.
