Was promised pizza delivery by noon. Have specific lunch break. Called and asked where it was and ask they would say is they were sorry that's how the system works. $28 for pizza $10 pre delivery tip. No offer of refund as I won't get to eat it. Nothing but "I'm sorry that's how it works"
