Was promised pizza delivery by noon. Have specific lunch break. Called and asked where it was and ask they would say is they were sorry that's how the system works. $28 for pizza $10 pre delivery tip. No offer of refund as I won't get to eat it. Nothing but "I'm sorry that's how it works"

Attended a baby shower hosted for our granddaughter here. The service was great and the staff friendly and helpful. That, along with the delicious pizza made for a very nice baby shower.
There was a hair cooked into the cheese. After I bit into the pizza I pulled a long black hair out. So disgusting. ? I told an employee and they refused to offer a refund. They said it was probably “my hair” like really, my hair would not be melted into the cheese. Will never return to this Mazzios. The lack of customer service is awful and employed with uneducated high schoolers and managed by a mom and daughter with no corporate policies and makes up their own and doesn’t post them anywhere on doors, windows or by the registers for customers to see and will argue with you if you have a issue with your order even if it was their mistake.

Ordered pizza and boneless wings for carry out, got the food home... wings were undersauced, small, and overcooked... and I guess mazzios is going the route of Papa Murphys... gotta cook it when you get it home.

I visited this Mazzios in Poteau, Oklahoma on February 13th 2024. I had a spaghetti meal with 2 garlic bread and only received one. I thought no big deal I’ll just place another order tomorrow and pick it up the next day, considering they closed in an hour and I didn’t want to drive 10 minutes just to get a piece of bread. I placed another order and then was told that their new policy is that if you don’t call the same day about your incorrect order that you won’t receive a refund or any food that you didn’t get. I totally get some people abuse the system and complain about anything to get free food, but for the ones that are honest about stuff we get treated unfairly. I understand it’s a garlic bread that’s a few cents but it’s my money I paid for it? But they sure will hand you a receipt to sign that ask for a tip for a TAKEOUT order. This is why we have video cameras to where they can go back and see if everything was placed in the bag/box. I won’t be returning to this Mazzios because of this new policy.
