Even when going here with somebody who works at this location they still got our order wrong, on the screen it says out order was put in correctly they just packed it wrong. The girl at the first window was extremely rude and clearly had attitude in her voice. We also specifically requested to get sauce with our order and they forgot the sauce they said they would add in.

Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. After ordering a simple order with about 5 items, I get there to pick it up and get told at first that I never ordered one and then it was ordered but it was the wrong order and then the Manager (was the rudest of them all) ask to see my order on my phone mobile app, I show her, where it clearly shows I’ve paid and then she tries to tell me three times that I didn’t pay. It shows right on the screen where you’ve paid if you order a mobile order. And then she looks at me And says, well your gonna have to go to the end of the line. Mind you we’ve already did that to try to get our food the first time. It would’ve been fine if it was a simple mistake, we’re human none of us are perfect, but being rude to customers and treating them terribly is not okay. Do better McDonald’s. Sad to say I definitely won’t be back for a while.

I can't in good conscience highly recommend any McDonald's. The reason is that it's supposed to be fast food! Some are better than others. But when I was waiting for 15 - 30 minutes to get fast food, it was ridiculous. At many locations, even the drive-through is all wrong. It's turned into a drive-through, park, and wait. McDonald's, you need to retrain your management. Give them a playbook to follow with time restrictions. Maybe if it's enforced, you can make happy customers and your locations can thrive.
I always enjoy ordering in the app and picking up with curbside pickup. Very good at getting the order right.

last several times i've come through here the fries weren't salted at all. today i paid for extra tartar sauce on my double fish fillet, and they gave me even less than the regular amount. do better.

If i could give 0 stars and still write a review I WOULD, absolutely ridiculous. Always dry, never taste good, I swear at times I believe the people were right about McDonald's cooking up something other than animal meat if meat at all. Probably lab made, which would explain the need to go to the bathroom EVERY visit. So glad I quit eating there, it's been 3 months and I've never felt better!!

Picked up and paid for breakfast on 3/16/25. Drove home and found 2 items missing. Drove back and reported that two items were missing but paid for. Was told to drive to the second window. The workers at both windows were kind and apologetic for my trouble. I asked for compensation and they got a manager. A shorthaired gray-headed woman came to the window and announced she had given me the two items for free. She didn’t ask to see my receipt. I told her they weren’t free because I paid for them. She walked away. Eventually the nice employee (not the manager) gave me an apple pie, telling me they hoped that would compensate me. An apple pie for breakfast. 😳 The manager didn’t bother to apologize nor was she kind. We have frequented the Poteau McDonald’s 1-2 times/week for many years. We will never go to this McDonald’s again.
