The food is spot on. Most McDonald's are usually consistent with the food itself. Organization is lacking. A bit slow, but how much effort from children should you expect these days?

Do not use curbside pickup ? 23 mins soda watered down fries cold. I absolutely don’t understand I thought the whole point of this service was to be faster ? no cars in drive Thur so I go in and they are just messing around! Guys do better!

My husband went to order just the bundle meals they have. He has always asked for the sauce and has never had any problems paying for them. When he got to the window to pay he asked if he could get a few and had money in his hand to pay for it. The cashier, which was a younger man, told him if he wanted the sauce he would either have to come in and buy them or drive back through with another order he had already closed out the order before my husband had even paid!!We have never been treated like that ever at any place. Poor customer service equals just as poor food. And all of our food was ice cold and stale on top of all that.

Before last Thursday it had been 3 years since I made the mistake of visiting McDonald's and here's why. You have a special going, buy a sandwich and get another for a dollar. That's what I ordered but not what I got. The idiots and children working there charged me $5 for my $1 sandwich. This is not rocket science, it's burgers and fries. I'll never go back and I'll discourge others.

Went thru drive thru. Ordered our food. We said 2 order of fries. Next thing we know he says our total. We asked david what size of fries did you choose for us and he said medium. Didnt offer ketchup or anything.

Waited 15 minutes for fries the self order had me grab a number for my table I waited about 10 minutes then walked up to get my drink cup they shouldn't have the table numbers if you have to go get your order. They weren't even busy either.
