For two years this pizza hut as had delicious pizza, but after tonight, I will never grace their doors again! I ordered a different type pizza tonight. It was a New York style pepperoni. It came to the table and you could have literally poured the grease off of it. It was terrible! Such a waste of time and money!

Was told to drive around 3 or 4 times because food was not ready when it was supposed to be. It was supposed to be ready at 5:22 and it is now 5:56pm. The store seems very short handed. I thought after 30 mins it was free. I paid for a medium pizza and a sandwich. This is ridiculous. It has cancelled all my plans for the evening. As I’m writing this I’m still now sitting in this line. I haven’t gotten my food so I can’t tell u what it’s gonna be like

This location is in Poteau, Oklahoma. The food was great, the service was excellent, and restaurant was very clean. I guess this location is the after church go-to place, it was very busy, yet very comfortable.

I haven't been to Pizza Hut in forever. Came in for Sunday buffet after the rush. There was only one girl waiting on everybody but she still did a fantastic job. Will definitely be back

Dirty tables,dirty floors... employees out smoking .. salad bar was good ..pizza was good,pasta was way over sauced....the price for 3 was $40.... Will not be back....could use a manager... Because it's apparently lacking one ..

Man at drive window look un-kept, long hair and long beard. Got home to hair in my pizza. And, did not put my small items in a bag to carry, instead stacked on pizza boxes. NOT ACCEPTABLE

Ordered food on the app and it said it was done at 11:42, got there at 12:07 and still had to wait 3 minutes for cheese sticks and then we asked for a cup of medium sauce and he got an attitude and said “ a cup of medium buffalo sauce?” And then proceeded to slam the window closed and then came back with the cup of sauce with the same attitude if u don’t enjoy your job then don’t work and be miserable.
