Ordered chicken strips and tater tots. Chicken was so over cooked it was almost black. Tater tots tasted like old oil. Had to throw all of it out it was so bad. Would give minus five rating if I could!

We did a mobile order ahead and checked into a stall. Everything was great and the carhop was nice but it felt like it took longer than it should have for just three drinks to be brought out when there was only 2 other cars there.

Placed a Mobile order. The attendant was very rude when I asked to add peach to my tea and a pup cup. You can’t add a pup cup on the app. He responded, saying he cannot add to my order which I understood I would pay the difference on another ticket. That wasn’t the problem. He proceeded to say he could not do it anymore in the future to add flavor to my tea. I had left the change on my receipt. When I got to the window, he charged me a penny. Handed me the pup cup and shut the window. After sitting there he asked me if I had ordered something else. I said my mobile order. He proceeded to hand me two drinks that I did not order. When I told him I did not order them he huff and puffed. He then handed me a bag after saying why was I still waiting. The bag he handed me was cheese sticks, that I did not Order. He took the bag handed me another bag that actually had my order. He was very rude because he was busy. he should not be working the window. I have went to this Sonic multiple times and those experiences were great and this young man’s attitude and being rude was uncalled for. I do want to go to a restaurant and have someone raise their voice at me especially on the loud speaker so everyone in line can hear it. The customer in front of me didn’t have a good experience either I could tell cause he honked his horn and threw his hands up in the air. That same employee was trying to give him the wrong drinks also. That customer drove off and went across the road to McDonald’s.
