Would love for Sonic to bring back morning happy hour. For our rural areas this is our treat from Sonic that keeps us coming back for more. Being in Pocola as it is a rural town, we as the people who live in this rural town, need a little nice to have discount on our drinks. It makes us more tolerable if something is put out wrong. We just look at it like it's probably the new hires messing up and overlook the learning curve. Or... That's how everyone in my large family See's things. Of course I cannot speak for others.
Dietary restrictions: Would also like to have our ice cream cones back
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, small town so far
Wheelchair accessibility: We park in stalls and get our food and we can eat in our vehicles or take food home.

Literally only waited maybe five minutes tops! Typically at any sonic anywhere I have ever visited the wait is usually about 15 minutes average. The fries came out super hot and fresh! Like the inside and outside were both perfect textures of soft on the inside and crispy on the outside!! The same goes for the onion rings!! Both were not oily, both were hot and perfectly crispy! Not Burnt! Instead of pickles Being stacked on top of each other right in the middle of the sandwich, they were even like spread out on the Sonic cheeseburger! One of the kiddos wanted to order the grape slushy with nerds like in the photo that’s advertised on their sign. They did absolutely amazing with their slushies! I ordered sweet tea with cream and strawberries, sooo delicious!! ** as you notice in the photos pretty much everything was half drank and half eaten because we had scarfed it down. It was so good and fresh!! Kiddos keep telling me (and I have to agree) these are the best sandwiches/fries and drinks we’ve had!! Our order was pretty easy other than we had two little changes/special requests. Sonic at this location absolutely delivered what we ordered to the T! Thank You!! We definitely will come back to this location!! **we ordered a couple minutes after 2pm on a Monday**

If I had to describe this Sonic in one word, it would be "mediocre" - not particularly bad, but not that good either. Decent, but somewhat underwhelming. I've been there twice, in the past week, and will probably go there again in the future, from time to time. Parking lot is very clean, the waiting time for your food is modest, and the service is quick & professional; but the food is "hit & miss", in my opinion.
1st time, I had the new "Smash Burger", which lived up to its name & I will be back to have it again, even though it thoroughly coated both of my hands with a layer of grease while eating it, both from the meat & the melted cheese. The excellent sauce flavor & juicy beef patties make up for a lot, though. Better than a Big Mac, but not as good as a Whopper, in my opinion ... but I've always preferred my burgers "fully loaded", with fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion, so I am biased.
I esp. liked the option of tater tots instead of French fries, since tots hold their crispness longer, and these were pretty good.
2nd time, I had the popcorn chicken, which tasted like cardboard - and industrial cardboard, at that ... dry, bland, kind of tough and not something I'd want to have in my mouth twice. Certainly not what I think of, when I order fried chicken, which should be moist, juicy, and crispy. I ordered onion rings, which were fresh, juicy & crisp, with excellent eye appeal but rather flavorless, even after sprinkling with a little salt. Again, not something I'd order again in the future. Not bad, but not esp. tasty either.
Seems like Sonic lives up to both the better & lesser qualities of what I'd usually think of, when it comes to small town a/o drive-in food. Overall, about on a par with your average Dairy Queen, except the Smash burger was WAY better than anything I've ever eaten at DQ.

Burger wasn't nearly so dripping with grease (i.e. no more & no less than any normal burger) but was still quite tasty & delicious, as before. Service was lightning quick, with my order arriving less than 2 minutes after I made it (almost like they were expecting me, even though I did *not* order ahead), even though it was after 10 p.m. Server was polite & professional, as before. Tater tots, alas, were at *room* temperature (like 75 degrees.) I could have asked for fresh but, as I probably won't be coming back again any time soon, I didn't bother. Crisp on the outside, soft & moist inside; but lukewarm (at best) from start to finish, not even *body* temperature warm (i.e. 100-95 degrees.) VERY disappointing. In the future, if I

Mgr called police because I wanted a refund on my drink order. He was so aggressive and yelling. It all began when I ordered a strawberry shake via the app. He made a chocolate shake. I told him this was not my order and I would wait for my strawberry shake . He remade the shake and it was chocolate AGAIN. Push the button told them that this was another chocolate shake and I had ordered a strawberry shake. Waiting patiently still no shake so I decided to go inside and just say I need to get going can I please just have a refund and I will be on my way, that’s when all hell broke loose this manager lost his mind and called the police when the police showed up the manager did not realize I had recorded the conversation right after he started yelling at me and telling me he was calling the police so he told the police that he asked me for my ticket number and I hit my phone from him I was happy to show the police the video when the manager realized that I had proof that he was lying. He walked right inside got my refund brought it out to me. I will never go back to that sonic again. The pic is of him on the phone with the police while trying to give me yet ANOTHER chocolate (3rd wrong ) shake with a cherry on top. ?♀️
