They have so many new people in there it's hard to get something you ordered off the online app it is better to go into the store and get what you want so you know it's made properly

I happened to go on a day when they were out of almost EVERYTHING. I understand that transportation can be delayed and they did not get their order. So, I ordered what they had and also asked for a bottled water. They were out of bottled water, so I asked for a refund on the bottle, and a cup for water. They wanted to charge me over $2 for a cup for water! Ridiculous. By then, they were getting pretty snooty and no longer friendly. I gave them back their cup and asked for a refund for the bottled water. I know that they don't charge more than $2 for a cup for water on a normal basis.

Apparently a footlong turkey sandwich gets 2 pieces of meat now?? I worked at a subway before so I'm certain that it wrong but this girl who does not look up and wears her hat low was rude about it and well here we are. Seriously hope the get better help and keep that child away from customers

Placed a online order caught the employee walking out to hand another curbside their order and tried telling him my app cleared the order and wouldn’t let me check in but before I could walked away mid conversation then proceeded to wait a hour and 10 minutes for my order and ended up having to go inside to get it

NO ICE for drinks, NO HAM, NO CHEETOS. I believe there is a lot of work to be done with this store. Representation of the Subway chain is lacking. I watched a whole family of 6 walk-out after waiting in line to hear there was lack of necessary food/supplies. Where is management? Where is the owner? Subway franchise will surely be disappointed ?.

Placed an app order and it said it would take 20min. I got there exactly when it was supposed to be completed. I sat and waited 35 more minutes for 3 sandwiches. They were not busy.Food was not good. Their cucumbers were bad so I told her to leave them off. No big deal. Then when she was adding pickles and olives, she literally took two fistfuls of them, dripping in juice, and squashed them onto the sandwich. That's too much. The order was for a regular amount, not extra extra. Then none of the sandwiches were labeled and they were orders I had to drop off. So I had to open them. The churro I received had no cinnamon and sugar on it at all, it was completely plain, and was discovered when I went to drop it off. The toasted sandwich I had with wheat was extremely tough. The bread was tough to chew and hard like a rock on the ends. I don't know if it was baked to long, old, or toasted to long.This whole thing took over an hour. I did not have time to go back and have things fixed, like the churro, and redeliver it to my daughter at work. I had other places to be that I am now horribly late for. Just not a pleasant experience. One issue wouldn't have been an issue. So many and that's all you can focus on.

Poteau subway has not been a good experience many times that I/we have been there . They are out of all kinds of supplies to make a sandwich. They also only take online orders till 8:30 pm. Yes, a few of the staff members are young and polite. But this store I would not recommend.
