Placed an app order and it said it would take 20min. I got there exactly when it was supposed to be completed. I sat and waited 35 more minutes for 3 sandwiches. They were not busy.Food was not good. Their cucumbers were bad so I told her to leave them off. No big deal. Then when she was adding pickles and olives, she literally took two fistfuls of them, dripping in juice, and squashed them onto the sandwich. That's too much. The order was for a regular amount, not extra extra. Then none of the sandwiches were labeled and they were orders I had to drop off. So I had to open them. The churro I received had no cinnamon and sugar on it at all, it was completely plain, and was discovered when I went to drop it off. The toasted sandwich I had with wheat was extremely tough. The bread was tough to chew and hard like a rock on the ends. I don't know if it was baked to long, old, or toasted to long.This whole thing took over an hour. I did not have time to go back and have things fixed, like the churro, and redeliver it to my daughter at work. I had other places to be that I am now horribly late for. Just not a pleasant experience. One issue wouldn't have been an issue. So many and that's all you can focus on.

Poteau subway has not been a good experience many times that I/we have been there . They are out of all kinds of supplies to make a sandwich. They also only take online orders till 8:30 pm. Yes, a few of the staff members are young and polite. But this store I would not recommend.

Seems like employee turnover is high. But, the manager has been there, what 23 years or so? She's an honest hard worker. Foods always fresh & tasty though.

I enjoy subway sandwiches but I don't enjoy poteau subway customer service ? maybe if I order my sandwich on line I'll get it faster! Cause I waited while he made a to go order! Waited to be told they don't even have the bread I want! I can get over the bread n him making a on line order but can't do the rude service ? He acted like a jerk! I still don't understand why he acted so rude!! He couldn't been but 18 or so!

Poteau subway is better than other subways because of the management! Stephanie has been with the company for years and no one cares more about her customers, employees and community. They are fortunate to have her manage their store.

Ordered the outlaw sandwich with smashed avocado added, online for curbside pick up. Got there about 7 minutes early, got my order, and the sandwich was so cold that the cheese had rehardened. It was also drowning in that Baja sauce and missing my avocado. Took it back, had them remake it, and they still left off the avocado! I don’t understand how almost every restaurant in this town has to be so bad. And .90 cents for 2oz of avocado that I never even received? Come on people.
