You people that work at Taco hell really need to learn to look at your orders. And you gave me the wrong order! I was supposed to to have a chicken quesadilla meal with a soft taco supreme with an additional soft taco supreme. Along with nacho fries. None of which is correct, except for the quesadilla and one taco.

$45 to feed 4 ppl, poorly made tacos with meager ingredients, service was slow, waited almost 20 minutes for our food…..seems to be the norm for Taco Bell anywhere you go these days. Won’t be going back to Poteau Taco Bell or anywhere else

Stood at register for 15 before someone who said they were one of the managers helped me . She was unapologetic told me she didn't do the register. Food was cold. People waiting for clean tables.

I walked in to the Poteau, OK Taco Bell ordered 2 Luxe boxes substituting the hard shell tacos for soft tacos. The receipt was right, but I guess the morons making it can't read because we were given hard tacos and on top of all that the food was barely warm. I will not go here ever again because this was the third and last time they screw up my order.
