Poteau Taco Bells service is not what it used to be. Every order we make ALWAYS has something wrong with it. Staff at the window never check to make sure all items are bagged. No napkins ever. This order I paid extra for chips and cheese just to get home in another town to have received some cold chips and absolutely no cheese.You guys have got to do better.

Food is always good. I pick up and deliver from here, sometimes a bit slow, but wheyou'reur busy, who isn't. Employee's are nice and polite.

Wasn't even busy when I went there , ordered two craving boxes through the app. They forgot both my drinks, sauces, napkins, plastic ware. Food was cold and skimpy. When I got there one of my boxes was already for pick up and had to wait another 10 minutes for the next one. All employees disappeared to the back. Customer service was 0/5 stars

It's a Taco Bell, and Taco Bell is Always Great.Parking: I have Never had any problems Parking Even when the handicapped parking is taken.Wheelchair accessibility: They all Nationally are Wheelchair accessible.
I wish I could say this place was amazing, but I was very upset when I got home and my quesadilla was not cooked and had barely anything in it. Guys...this is very disappointing and I expect it to be better next time, what a waste of money this trip was.

Went to the store to get burritos for my group. The burritos were barely anything in it so I took them back inside where a woman aimed to be a manager no tag when I requested the burritos to actually have beans and cheese in them she refused to remake our order. I requested a refund and she gave me a dirty look and walked off. Minutes later a woman named Cortney no tag again said a refund would take 7 days. OMG remake decent burritos but refused again. I warned I would complain. Whatever was what I heard as I walked out. Pictures say it all. I recommend any other restaurant this one needs retraining.Vegetarian options: Don't eat here.

Misleading hours, say they open at 9...and are more than content to leave you hanging there with people inside. Over all fast food in Poteau is not great but Taco bell is pretty bad by that standard. Be prepared to pull around a few times because they can't get an order right.
