It hits every single time.

“Still the best Chinese buffet in the Oklahoma/Arkansas area. Absolutely love that they bring out fresh food just before the next tray goes completely out. The food is delicious and I don't feel crappy after eating, also for the people without gallbladder, you will make it without exploding. This is probably the most tasty and fast friendly buffet period. Highly recommend. We drive over an hour to eat here.“
