Poteau Whataburger was HORRIBLE today. The lady behind the register who took our order was very polite and read our order back. 1st time- 2 of our burgers were wrong. A lady in blue shirt came out to ask how they didn't get it right. I explained I wanted a burger, add cheese, no onions. Seems pretty simple. Brought my new burger out with onions. At this point, they want to apologize and fix me a 3rd burger. I requested to simply be refunded

I had never eaten at a Whataburger before. I was amazing! I like that it's a 24-hour establishment. Very convenient. The food was so good! I so wish there was one in my hometown of Klamath Falls, OR. I would go all the time. Yes, it was that good.
Purchased a whataburger meal plus a whataburger hamburger for me and my wife, first of all the floors and tables were nasty, looks like someone used old mop water, wasnt busy but took along time for our meal, fries were ok but the hamburgers were soggy , bread was like flat dough, another family by us were saying the same thing, their order was wrong, took 15 minn to get a replacement, the lady had to go into the kitchen to get help as all the employees were in the back just talking, she was very upset, For what we paid the food was horrible
