Got blasts around 8:30 p.m and the lack of effort put into making the shakes was pure laziness. Just vanilla ice cream with a few sprinkles of chocolate on top. You chose the job, just do better and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Sick of this same old Prague sonic

I go here several times a week for the online drink deals. Sometimes I have to wait a few minutes, not the end of the world for me as is for others. My order gets delivered to my car with a smile. The ladies delivering my orders are always smiling. Keep up the good work it is appreciated!

Tonight they don't mind charging you for everything but forget half and have such bad attitudes it's not worth having them fix it. Horrible service. Order is never right. People taking your order are incredibly rude. Stay away, even ordering through the app is a waste of time.
So, where do I begin? First thing was the wait after my button was activated. It was late maybe 9:30 or so but still took them awhile to begin communicating with me. Finally a female voice came over the intercom and you could just feel the frustration in her voice. Her attitude just rubbed off on me like she hated working the job she was doing. I gave her my order trying not to agitate anything anymore than it already was. I ordered a footlong coney with cheese tots and an ocean water. My two kids ordered popcorn chicken and cheese tots with an all natural lemonade. My wife hadn't made up her mind yet so I consulted with her on what she had decided. Again, as we're ordering you can just hear in her voice she doesn't want to be doing the job or she was tired of dealing with people. So anyways we got to the end and I added a small crinkle fry. She hesitated and I asked what the problem was and she gave me an attitude saying she was looking for it on her screen. Then she changed one of my orders and I repeated small crinkle fry and she put a sprite. So I told her No not sprite fry! I'm sure it was a hearing issue but then she never expressed anything about having any trouble understanding what I was saying. The rest of the order went through just fine with no problems! So I asked her if she was having trouble hearing me. Then she added a fry a sprite and as I was saying No she continued to cut me off with have a nice day then just ended the order. I pushed the red button again and waited another 15 minutes until I decided to just go somewhere else and eat. We took our business elsewhere and I would rate 0 stars but it wouldn't let me.

Wasted 30 minutes of my life waiting on part of my order that was missing from the mobile app. The first person said they would have them right out. Finally they come out 20 minutes later to tell me they are out of them and won’t refund my money. I’m done with sonic!
