This particular Sonic is far better than any of the three Sonic chains in Shawnee. Even when they are busy they still get your order out fast, and the food is always hot and fresh at this Sonic.

Whatever you do DO NOT visit this Drive-In during the evenings. Order has been incorrect last three times and the "manager" comes out and argued with you. Attitude with Capital A. I ordered on app and they always say I didn't order correctly. Carhop's are great but if you have a manager like him........ They charged me twice for the same gift card and after trying to deal with day manager about it I ate the $40. They gave me the wrong order last time and said they'd cancel and credit back to card within 5 days....two weeks and nada. Won't go back to this nasty place.

Order here only in the morning. Don’t expect your order to be correct after 3PM, because “that’s when the kids work;” a tired and poor excuse if I have ever heard one. Sounds more like poor human resource management to me.

Everytime I order here it's hit and miss, sometimes the sweet cream is spoiled, sometimes you order a small tater tot and you only get 5 tots. This time i waited 20 mins for a mobile order, burger was missing bacon, waited another 10 for it to get fixed, and got a cold burger with burned bacon pieces. Service is always good at least.
