I had an absolutely wonderful experience in the drive through today. Your employee Micheal was amazing 👏 I would put him in management in a heartbeat, He was patient and pleasant, he tried to upsell on products (which he should) and also politely asked for a review after I told him he was doing a wonderful job. He definitely deserves 10 stars 🌟 A refreshing experience as my fast food trips lately have been disappointing ❤️

Even though they were close to closing...the staff and the manager went out of there way to provide top flight customer service!! ( unlike the Goldies down the road!)And my sandwich and potato cakes were perfect!😁💯

Where to begin? The guy taking orders has no business doing so. We ordered combos, but he charged us for the sandwiches, fries, and drinks separately. Next, every table in the restaurant was dirty. Finally, I stood at the counter for two minutes waiting for a couple packs of ketchup (because, apparently, leaving ketchup out is asking too much), and no one ever helped me. Bad experience.

This is actually (IMHO) one of the few places that comes close to consistency..
I go through 3-4 meal deals and they are good everytime..
