I had an absolutely wonderful experience in the drive through today. Your employee Micheal was amazing 👏 I would put him in management in a heartbeat, He was patient and pleasant, he tried to upsell on products (which he should) and also politely asked for a review after I told him he was doing a wonderful job. He definitely deserves 10 stars 🌟 A refreshing experience as my fast food trips lately have been disappointing ❤️
Even though they were close to closing...the staff and the manager went out of there way to provide top flight customer service!! ( unlike the Goldies down the road!)And my sandwich and potato cakes were perfect!😁💯
It's impossible to get a good fish sandwich around here apparently. I always get the beef and cheddar bc even though Arby's is apparently so proud of their food it is OUTRAGEOUS for fast food...I was craving a fish so I tried it out. At first I thought it would be good bc it seemed like a decent size with the fish fillet hanging over the sides of the bun, but it was lacking girth and flavor once I buy into it. The filet was thin and the bread was chewy... Over all dry...
