I went in this morning to sit and drink coffee. I got the first cup no problem, but I sat there 30 to 45 minutes waiting on a second cup, what is the deal with restaurants being extremely slow or never with refills on drinks is that what's being taught to wait staff nowadays. What is the problem going on here. I have experienced this before are people just lazy and don't want to do their job which is serve their customers. I'm wondering is it rudeness, laziness or a generation of doped up brain dead people?

I had breakfast here and it was very good. The best ham & cheese omelette I've had in a very long time. It was the cheese- definitely not off the Sysco truck. It's a 50's style diner and done well, including the music. The serving was attentive and they offered me a to-go coffee.

I ordered a breakfast bowl thru doordash at 815am. It said it would be ready by 830am. I get to the Boomarang drive thru at 826am. The girl took my name and shut the window. She didn't come back with my food for TWENTY minutes! She didn't even come back to me and say "it will be a few extra minutes." I didn't get my order till 846am! I didn't even get a, "sorry it took so long." Or a free drink. Or anything. The food was amazing, but disappointed in the service.

Disappointed with the “chicken strips” more like chicken bites. Also ordered the bites as another meal and it looked like the strips just in chunks. This meal was pricey for the amount of food served.
