Very good burgers, ice cream, and friendly staff. You can also get some basic grocery items. I got a bag of burgers.

Messed up our order and wanted the messed up sandwich back that my partner had already put in his mouth 🤢as he realized it wasn't a double but a single. Manager INSISTED it was policy to give it back so he could throw it away? Definitely strange and came off as very rude, anyone that's has ever worked fast food are told to not take the food back due to health and food safety.

Stopped into.get milk and ice cream. Just wished they keep someone over in the grocery area as a lot of times no ones there to check you out. I was very tempted to throw down $7 and walk out with my items.

I am sad to say but it is not the Braum's it used to be. I do understand and know it is hard to get employees that care but management is the key to any successful business. Managers, be there, in the morning, all day if necessary. Work along the employees, require a dress code and body code to be clean, hair combed and in a ponytail, clothes that have been washed and not wadded up, and have enough workers to get the job done! EVERYONE should be trained to help out in any area so that when there is an overflow of people (which you want) they can be waited upon. We have loved eating breakfast there but will be taking some time off. Disappointed time and time again over the past few weeks. So proud of our new Braums that came and now not so proud.

This location is quickly turning into the absolute slowest, sloppiest and nastiest place in Pryor to eat. The service is slow, they are always understaffed, foods a little hairy, and holy hell do they need to clean behind the counter!
This Braum’s would do great with an engaged manager.
This is an extremely awful example of a restaurant that I normally LOVE and eagerly waiting for the management change so we can revisit.
