Slow as molasses! Only had ONE person on the ice cream line during the busy Sunday lunch hour. During my 20 minute wait in line to order my shake and contemplating asking that my spot be saved so I could go to the restroom, a customer came to the line to complain about the mess of a bathroom they had. So I waited to ‘go’ when I got my shake to the car and went back in. The ‘mess’ in the bathroom was picked up so things looked good. But, upon washing my hands lo and behold no paper towels could be found. I don’t know what has happened to all the Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Stores, but I have not been to one in the last 10 years that has not been a DUMP with flies everywhere and employees who lallygag and have ZERO customer service. I used to love Braum’s and always looked forward to going to one the first chance I get when driving from MO to Texas. But I think I’m done. Especially since they quit making vanilla sodas. Good bye Braum’s! It’s been a long slow death, but it’s time. ☹️

I went thru the drive thru about 3:00pmThey were doing both lanes. I waited 12 minutes at the menu board to place my order. Three cars in the other menu board were helped before they even answered on my lane. After placing my order , I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my order. Then, I didn't get my receipt. I asked for it at the second window and was told that they probably threw it away sorry and shut the window. I was very disappointed by the service today.
Usaully pretty on point.. Today they are doo doo.. Had a VERY SIMPLE order of 2 bacon cheeseburgers 2/no tomato.. One burger comes with nothing but bacon and cheese, the other bacon crumbs..the burgers were damn near crispy as the bacon crumbs. They didn't offer a refund or try to make it right, just told me they were out of bacon.. Is there not one place here that can stay consistent here.. The answer is no. The meal was terrible. I wish I could give no stars.
