I stopped to get a Frisch ham sandwich otw to work they didn’t even to grill my sandwich or toast it or whatever and they didn’t put any egg on it I was very disappointed and already at work couldn’t take it back!

I had the monster biscuit minus the eggs, and it was pretty tasty! I think if they would throw the ham slices on the griddle for a minute before they put it on the biscuit, it would be MUCH BETTER! The cheese slices were cold and brought the temperature of the entire biscuit down a level. It could've been much better with a few minor adjustments. I've ordered it from other Carl's and Hardee's restaurants and haven't had this issue before.

Everything tasted fine, the biscuits was a little dry. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. There was the normal early morning group that hangs out a visits with each other making it feel like home.

Can’t rate the food because we never even got it. The girl running the counter was busy bitching about someone being on break while she had cars wrapped around the building for the drive thru. The 8 people sitting in the dining room who already paid were if no significance, especially when girl is cussing and bitching in front of everyone. Went to the counter for a refund and she couldn’t even acknowledge our presence. There really needs to be a responsible grown up present to watch these kids working this location.

So, I've been a fan of the spicy chicken sandwich for years. It used to come with a tomato but years ago they took that away and started charging. That's fine and all but if I pay for a tomato I don't expect one hard in the middle, which has been the case on multiple occasions. I actually thought about cutting my own at home but thought, no, let's try it 1 more time. Also, did they pound the chicken breast out or what? Is that consider a price of chicken now? Their service is always friendly but the food quality sucks now.

I look forward to stopping at this location every time I come back from Miami to Muskogee, this place always gets my order correct, they food is always fresh and the staff always friendly, I haven't stopped inside cause I usually just go through the drive through on my way home, but so far my 5th time through and every time it is always the same and always amazing. I'm just shocked I never see any other customer. This place gives me true happy customer service compared to most places I've visited and I think it keeps it underrated. I love you guys and thank you again to Jennifer Boyce (They have two Jennifers and I think I remembered that name correctly from today) You guys are truly amazing

I got a cheeseburger and fries here. The cheeseburger was pretty good, although the edges of the burger were a little burnt. The fries were good as well and tasted pretty fresh. The service was fast and they were very friendly. Unlike the Big Cabin one. Definitely recommend.
