I had the monster biscuit minus the eggs, and it was pretty tasty! I think if they would throw the ham slices on the griddle for a minute before they put it on the biscuit, it would be MUCH BETTER! The cheese slices were cold and brought the temperature of the entire biscuit down a level. It could've been much better with a few minor adjustments. I've ordered it from other Carl's and Hardee's restaurants and haven't had this issue before.
Everything tasted fine, the biscuits was a little dry. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. There was the normal early morning group that hangs out a visits with each other making it feel like home.
Great crew at this location. Always so welcoming and pleasant. And whoever makes our Chicken club lettuce wraps always does an excellent job. Literally, they all need a raise or bonus... ?
