ordered door dash showed up on time but was garage food first of all my coke looked like sweet tea tastes like watered down coke with tea idk and my 11 wings were barely warm and were dry when I ordered it with mango habanero barely and sauce my curly fries were cold and soggy. never eating or ordering this again. was my first and last time. I would like my 20$ refund

BUYER BEWARE: FROZEN CHICKEN!!! Ordered through their ghost kitchen in Chili's, I guess they hire ghosts too since I could only see one employee running back and forth whilst phones go unanswered. I was stressed out just waiting to pick up my food (which was supposed to be curbside), but I suppose only paying for one poor employee is better than quality service. Maybe the saved money goes into the quality of the food? Not my chicken strips, to say the least. They were obviously frozen. They charged me $11 for frozen chicken. It was chicken al-dente! It was soooo chewy and rubbery. Here's the kicker; didn't even get my fries. Unacceptable. Luckily the other meal came with fries! And they were COLD! I picked it up right out of the kitchen and the fries are cold!? How?? I spent all that money and got no edible food. Demanded a refund. You can get ACTUAL fresh chicken in THE SAME PARKING LOT for a better price. Cain's has never frozen chicken for the same price (you even get a drink), even Louie's would be a better price (how??), and KFC will give you better prices, chicken, and somehow even service! The manager should be EMBARRASSED and ASHAMED. Don't get scammed by this freezer quality ghost "kitchen", pick a better nearby restaurant.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Had a large wing order which was placed at 7 PM. For pickup at 9 PM. Got a call at 8:43 to verify the order was not a prank. Showed up to the store at the scheduled pickup time and was told another 45 mins to an hour. Acceptable due to them not looking at the order till 17 mins before? Ended up receiving the order an hour late and taking it back to the guys. Come to find out over half of the order was raw to the point it was thrown out. Waste of time and money.

It was alittle hard to find untill i realized it was part of chillis resturant, you pull up to a marked pickup spot. Then thelly will bring it out to after you check in from the online order.wings are fairly good wife liked her garlic parm. My jabinero hot was bairly spicy a real disappointment for me, fries were bland to say the least, and no crunch to them. The price was great considering how expensive wings are today. Would go back if i want wings cheap

I need to try this place via pickup instead of DoorDash delivery and they may change my opinion. We ordered apple bbq, honey chipotle, and ranch dry rub. The wings come with curly fries. The ranch was an "Immediately No". They had zero flavor. I didn't like the apple bbq either. Apple bbq sauce is not the business. The honey chipotle were good. The fries were hard. I'm assuming since it was delivery is why the wings and fries got kinda sweaty. I like crispy wings! I wish there was an option to request extra crispy or well done wings and also request more flats/drums. You can't even call to speak with anyone . I forgot to take pics but everything looked good. Not sure how soon I will order from here but I will give them another shot.

This place is a goldmine if you want incredible service. Two nights in a row I had the same server and she was the gem of gems. Constantly on top of things, incredibly attentive and a welcome from a person who spends over 125 days at restaurants for dinner due to travel. Leah is a treasure to this restaurant and I hope the management rewards her for what she does. I had the full rack of ribs both evenings and they were spot on perfect. It’s refreshing to spend time in a restaurant that actually cares about their customers.

Google kept running us in circles,.... until we realized it was in Chili's. So we ordered on Door Dash then drove and parked in one of the special pick-up spots. A nice girl came out to check on the name then brought our food order to car with a smile.Got home and realized how much you get for $9.00.We ordered 11 piece boneless with fries. Apple bbq sauce and the blue cheese for dipping.They have different sauces.Pretty good. I think the closed container gets them a little soggy for take home. Curly fries were really good. I ate them first.Next time, we will just pull to side and eat them in car to see if crisper.
