I was giving this place 1 more try after the last 2 times just as bad. People get off work at 330 and want a fresh cooked meal.No more. Chicken was old and dry. Had to have been 4 hours old.

havent tried KFC in awhile..tried it today and it was better than i remembered..spicy chicken sandwich was great, better than most others ive tried..and the fried chicken,mashed potatoes and coleslaw was great as well..the staff we encountered was very friendly..we will be back

I ordered online at 640 pm. My order was received at 658 pm. I got there at 710 and my order wasn't ready. I sat down to wait and watch as car after car got thier food thru the drive thru. 2 other orders in lobby were filled. I heard the manager tell the cook to make more Extra Crispy twice. After 20 minutes in the store I was asked what the name on my order was, then asked again at 30 minutes. Around the 35 minute mark the manager finally noticed my order wasn't done and went to make it, she then said I would have to wait another 17 minutes for the Extra Crispy chicken on my order. I just told them to give me what they had available as I'd already been waiting for over 30 minutes. I got the food home only to discover half of it was cold and I was missing part of the order. This was a terrible experience and I plan to contact the store/district manager as soon as possible. I understand they were busy but waiting almost 45 minutes is insane and I was only spoken to twice in that entire time.

Food is great. One of the cooks and one of the ladies working the front counter are very rude and unprofessional. They treated me fine, but the lady up front was rude and grouchy with people ordering though the drive through. Her and a guy working the kitchen were demeaning and over critical of their drive through customer.
