Best place to eat for food poisoning. You'd think we'd learn.

I ordered online at 640 pm. My order was received at 658 pm. I got there at 710 and my order wasn't ready. I sat down to wait and watch as car after car got thier food thru the drive thru. 2 other orders in lobby were filled. I heard the manager tell the cook to make more Extra Crispy twice. After 20 minutes in the store I was asked what the name on my order was, then asked again at 30 minutes. Around the 35 minute mark the manager finally noticed my order wasn't done and went to make it, she then said I would have to wait another 17 minutes for the Extra Crispy chicken on my order. I just told them to give me what they had available as I'd already been waiting for over 30 minutes. I got the food home only to discover half of it was cold and I was missing part of the order. This was a terrible experience and I plan to contact the store/district manager as soon as possible. I understand they were busy but waiting almost 45 minutes is insane and I was only spoken to twice in that entire time.

Food is great. One of the cooks and one of the ladies working the front counter are very rude and unprofessional. They treated me fine, but the lady up front was rude and grouchy with people ordering though the drive through. Her and a guy working the kitchen were demeaning and over critical of their drive through customer.

These punks hang up on you when you call and let them know that they failed to give you all the items you order. If you don’t have any sense of pride in the work you do and how you handle customer issues, you definitely need to be doing something else for work.

I don’t ever dine in. I normally go through the drive-through. But their pot pies are great and the staff is always super friendly and nice.
I ate here a few times and loved the Nashville hot chicken strips. The biscuits are really good. Tried the saucy nuggets and was not disappointed. Will be getting them again soon. Alittle exspensive for chicken, but it's all around good tasting. It's definitely worth a try. Mashed potatoes, gravy, mac n cheese, cole slaw and corn are the best sides.

I was informed that I was no longer allowed to have brown gravy with my nuggets. Seems like a weird thing to do. I'm just trying to buy and enjoy some of your food. But oh well. I left. That's some of rhe dumbest stuff.
