This place is a total joke. 3 times in a row we are missing items with our delivery. Then we call and get “Bob” who is extremely rude and hangs up on us. Saw another review on here mentioned the same problem with Bob. I waited a few months since last delivery thinking maybe they had figured out how to read a receipt and send items out properly. Nope. Same awful experience. These people do not care and like to steal your money.

You need an entire new crew at this Pryor location. They can’t seem to put a complete order together to save their lives. We have ordered from here several times in the last 8-9 months and more than half of the times, they either mess an item up completely, or leave multiple items off of the order. Three times in a row we did not receive our 16 oz ranch… Then we call them to explain, and not only was BOB EXTREMELY rude, but he hung up on my wife, when she was simply asking to speak to the manager. Complete failure of a restaurant. The entire crew needs to go to the Owasso location for training!!

I asked Alfredo spinach pizza she took the order and we went out for sometime and we came for pick up she said they are outoff spinach and I said it’s ok she replaced the topping but I asked for the some ranch she charged me for that Atleast they can give some compensation for the customer right And the medium size is not medium it’s small pizza and the don’t have proper prices on the menu don’t come here

Ordered delivery with a 25-30 minute estimate time, after 50 minutes still hadn't shown up, so I drove up thwre and had to pick up my food. And of course there was no manager in store so I got cheated out of the delivery fee and driver tip. Will never use the delivery option again. And on top of all that, the food is clearly not fresh and warm.

Called in carryout,had a free loaded cheese dipper coupon, teenager working register wouldn't accept my free loaded cheese dipper coupon,so I walked out,it's bad customer service at Pryor location, has been for awhile,won't be back after this!!!!!!!

I arrived at Mazzio’s as soon as the doors opened. The salad bar had everything you could want. Buffet started at 11 with fresh pizza. Manager was so good about accommodating my preference of the meat on pizza. It was also delicious Service was friendly!

Walked in for ranch dressing to go. Door chimed upon entry, nobody came to the counter for several minutes after I arrived, and staff member on break at the table closest to the door didn't alert anyone in the back. Ranch was amazing, though, at a great price!

We ordered takeout, it was on time but they left off the extra cheese and pineapple on the pizza and the brookie was burnt around the edges.
I've been ordering wings and pizza pretty consistently from here. And they usually are good. But as of late it seems they're budget cutting, giving out worse products for the same price. Got a order of wings earlier today and the wings tasted awful. The breading tasted like someone didn't mix it correctly and gave off a strong flour taste. The chicken inside was McDonald's level at best, the only saving grace was the garlic parmesan that was on the wings. Not to mention whenever I order a pizza the bread is always sweet. I shouldn't bite into a pepperoni pizza and feel like I'm eating a cinnamon roll. Little Caesars could have gave me a better product for half the price.

Placed an order for traditional wings. They sent boneless and the wrong flavor. And it took an hour and a half. Called to tell the store. Bob answered. The moment I mentioned a mistake he transferred me to an offside call center. Traditional wings are considerably more expensive than nuggets. You stole from me Bob. And then you hung up on me. Very classy.

For the money, Mazzio's lunch buffet is a solid deal, but lately the pizza hasn't tasted super fresh. It seems like they just replace pizzas as they run out instead of keeping track of how long they've been sitting there. Plus, they could probably use a few more people working – the staff always seem swamped, and that makes ordering take longer than it should.
