Well 1st off they forgot the wings then they was raw and after words I went up there to get re made and the manager was rude n said no way they come fully cook. We just heat them up. So after 45 min of dealing with all that I call the customer service line and they pretty much said we can’t do anything about it but credit u the items…so we will never eat here again

Service was friendly but staff were slow to service the tables. I ate half a small pizza before my wings were cooked and delivered but they were purchased at the same time. The place was empty at 2pm on Friday with a "slow buffet" before my arrival yet several tables were dirty. Food was decent but I wouldn't buy the wings again as the hottest wings were a seasoing I didnt care for and it had a medium heat to me. The thin crust pepperoni and jalapeno pizza was great.
Kid-friendliness: Kids buffet, highchairs, crayons and coloring sheets available.

I ordered the create your own pasta it was supposed to have 3 kinds of meat but there was no meat on it at all called customer service and they said tough luck and blamed the door dasher I explained that door dash didn’t make the food it was the restaurant still will not make it right very extremely bad and rude customer service

Tuesday night buffet ,aprx 8 people there and 2 pizza pans with assorted left over pizza slices, said they would not make more until more people showed up- well more people won't show up if there is just old random pizza to eat. Definitely could also use a good cleaning of the seating & floors.

Went for the lunch buffet, the pizza tasted stale, and the tea tasted like it was made with dirty water. My 2yr old had peaches and strawberries because he didn't like it, this boy eats pizza like it's going out of style. And the young girl at the counter was rude acted like she didn't wanna be there. Not alot of options and the dessert pizza tasted like burnt cinnamon

I ordered door dash from work and all I wanted was hot wings and fries and my RANCH!!!! HOW CAN U FORGET THE RANCH!!!!
Okay. Im starting this off. I love Mazzios. I go to Mazzios at least once or twice a month and that's this particular location. I'll hit up Mazzios the the chain at least once or twice every 2 weeks or so. This is not a review on Mazzios as a whole. It's Mazzios for Pryor, Oklahoma. The food? It always tastes good. No issues with quality. The issue is the order. I order on the app. Just quicker and easier. I ALWAYS get extra sauce. And why did I start doing that? Pryor. Pryor is the world's worst to give you what looks like barely enough sauce for one bite. You can't even see the sauce! Any other pizza place. Without asking for extra sauce. Boom. Sauce. Everywhere. Here? It's almost cheesebread. Not the most pleasant.
And today I also ordered Spaghetti with meat sauce for my father. What did he get? Spaghetti and meatballs. I checked the receipt in my email. It says meat sauce. Not meatballs. He wasn't thrilled. And he is the one who complains about the poor amount of sauce. After I got extra sauce on it.
And to be extra petty. I got boneless chicken wings with fries. I've never had the fries. Sweet BBQ sauce for the boneless wings. Herd spice for the fries. And ketchup for the fries. 3 guesses of what I didnt get. BBQ sauce. Herb spices. And ketchup. So yeah.
In conclusion. The place is awesome. Decent enough buffet. Clean. Good atmosphere. The food when it's correct is 5 stars. Idk what the answer is. But I won't be going to Pryor anytime soon.
