Probably the worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever had. Store was filthy. Staff were yelling at each other in the kitchen. Waited over 30 minutes for my breakfast sandwich. Coffee came out lukewarm. This location needs a lot of help.

45-minute wait for a burger and fries. Employees wandering around complaining about making food, talking to other employees, and more focused on the doordash order than the people in the lobby who have been waiting 30-45 minutes. Don't come here if you want FAST food

The service is slow, they don't pay attention to the lobby, the lobby was dirty and we had clean our own table, needs better staff!!!

I ordered our food from the drive through and they lady that took our order was very kind and professional we were truly blessed by her food was hot and fresh and she definitely made our day

This McDonalds is the worst I’ve ever ordered from and I literally hate it but I keep going back hoping someone will make some kind of change. Anyway, the fry’s are never full(usually cold as well), the burgers are way over seasoned, and they never give you the dipping sauces you order with your nuggets. They forget items every time and the employees including management have 0 pride or care in their work. They’re clearly just there for a paycheck. I’m so sorry it’s an inconvenience you have to do your job. ( I did the job for 6+ years.) The customer isn’t always right but my god, i better get what i pay for you and you better serve it with a damn smile.

I like McDonald's but the food isn't always fresh 😕 and the soda always tastes a bit off..? Not sure why...the crew is always super amazing and friendly!! The place doesn't smell the best tho, kinda like a dirty mop...We usually get our food pretty quickly tho.

There was a trainee listening to job training on a laptop that was so loud we couldn't hardly hear ourselves plus all the bells and whistles going off in the back unattended
I waited 40 mins in the mobile pickup for my food , I watch at least 20 people get there food , this was at 10:30 at night , I called them and they said they was short staffed . Totally unacceptable i will be going to whataburger from now on
