Every time I go here I'm disappointed and mad. Why did I have to pull into a reserved spot and wait for my food when there is only one other person there and I ended up getting cold nasty cardboard fries?

Friendly counter folks. Fast service. That was years ago before they became a self service resturant. Now you have to do everything but cook your food. Way too expensive for the amount of food you get plus we now have a Whataburger just down Hwy 69.

Food is always good here and seems like it's pretty fresh. Rarely have my orders messed up. They are pretty quick in the drive-thru also. My favorite is the sausage egg and cheese Mc muffin. The fries are awesome too!

Probably the worst McDonald’s iv ever been to. Honestly should be embarrassed by the way management runs this McDonald’s. The people are rude and the food taste like disappointment. I ordered a Big Mac and a coke I even did it on the app for faster service. Nope not fast they wanted me to go to a stall and I waited 30 mins. I’ll repeat 30 mins for a Big Mac!! How embarrassing.

I have no idea how this mcdonalds is still up and running. The employees get blasted in the back, the managers all treat their employees horribly and the food is never handled right. One manager in specific that I have witnessed treating employees horribly goes by Blake, a grown man who likes to talk trash about the children that work in that establishment. Seriously, this Mcdonalds needs a health inspection and a full rework of managers if it has any chance at redemption.

went through drive through at 12 pm had to pull over and wait for food to be brought out 30 minutes later i went inside to see what the holdup was they hadn't even cooked my food yet so i waited another 10 minutes still no food finally someone came to the counter so i told them i wanted a refund so i got my money back .while i was waiting they are prioritizing doordash and pick up orders over drive through and walk in customers worst experience i had at any mcdonalds terrible customer service wouldn't recommend any one go there unless you want to wait a long time!!!!!!!!!
Was the first time I used the app and wasn't to bad but as normally at the pryor store food quality was very poor one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and constantly the worst one some you get bad food from time to time but this store it's every single time it's poorly made and the age of the food is questionable never fresh never hot frys are never crispy chicken patties never crispy chicken nuggets never crispy and if you add tomatoes to anything they are even questionable and never fresh I paid 2$ for 2 small slices of soggy old tomatoes basically as I write I realize the best way to sum up this McDonald's is soggy old everything from the burgers to the chicken to the veggies everything is like old soggy tomatoes

Went here while delivering for DoorDash 3 times in the last 2 days and waiting 20- 45 minutes to get the food. Restaurant was not exceptionally busy. Mostly drive thru business. Restrooms, lobby and what i could see of the kitchen were dirty.
