Waitress was very forgetful. Terrible at service and customer service skills. Had to wait extra time for brownies that we ordered but she neglected to tell cook. Ordered deep dish pizzas and got regular crust.

It took over an hour and half to have 3 sandwiches delivered. Called and spoke with the manager and that was a complete waste of time. She completely lacked any customer services skills necessary at all. Still haven’t received my food. Over an hour and half at this point. It’s a shame I have to even give 1 star. Should be allowed to give negative stars.

Every time I order for delivery, it takes over an hour to get the food out for delivery. Then we have to wait another half hour to get the food to our house even though we only live 5 minutes away from the store.

Services are excellent food was better than good prices are fair. No complaints 👌

Asked for a originial crust pepperoni and sausage, with HALF getting jalapeño and a 20. Oz drink.
What I got? A thin crust all sausage and pepperoni with a 2 liter of the wrong drink. With ALL jalapeño when part was meant for a child. Entirely inept at following basic Instruction. Entirely ran by teenagers more excited about flirting with each other than actually doing their job. Sat in the lobby for 5 minutes waiting for them to find the wrong drink because they were too excites to flirt with each other.. poor environment. My wife ate the only piece we wanted. Thanks for nothing Pizza Hut.

Ordered 2 pizzas and pasta, all we're hot and fresh, we do delivery, but they changed the taco pizza and don't give Doritos to crush on to anymore... That stinks 😩🦨

Hadn't been to Pizza Hut in awhile but noticed they were offering the Double Pepperoni Big New Yorker and wanted to try it. I ordered online and it was very easy. Only took about 15 minutes for them to prepare it and I picked it up at the drive through. Pizza was very good, it had a good portion of toppings and was cooked just right. I was very pleased with order and will frequent Pizza Hut more often in the future.

Lowering my review to one star. Perhaps it is not fair to judge this local restaurant based on the performance of corporate customer service, but since Pizza Hut customer service failed me, I have really no other place to make my case heard. Ultimately, due to a glitch, my rewards account lost 375 points. I have emails, screenshots, and a digital reward history that proves this. Yet Pizza Hut "Customer Care" has been ignoring me and putting up unnecessary roadblocks. Most recently they asked for a "Photocopy of a receipt" from the order. Really? A "photocopy"? I was told to contact the local store for a replacement. They really want me to drive to my local Pizza Hut to get a replacement receipt for an ONLINE DELIVERY order because of a dispute over 375 points. No Pizza Hut. I am not going to go through the trouble. I order pizza about 2 times a month and usually alternate between Pizza Hut and Dominos. I'll just order somewhere else for a few months to make things even. So silly that Pizza Hut would risk losing a customer over what probably amounts to 4 or 5 bucks. But I guess they know more about running a business than I do.

It may not be fair to leave a 2 star review based on 1 bad visit, but Pizza Hut just failed our family on so many levels this night. Our waitress was inattentive (even though throughout most of our meal we were the only customers.) Honestly, I think she may have been as baked as the pizza. Speaking of pizza, neither of our pies was cut all the way through. The highlight (sarcasm) of the evening was when our kids visited the arcade. At the entrance is a large sign that reads "play at your own risk, no refunds) As expected the machines stole a total of 4.25 from our family. Yeah, I could of pressed the issue and got a refund, but I figured my time would be better spend hammering out this review. That all being said, the food was good.

We stood in the entryway for 5 minutes, and no one came to seat us. We were very disappointed and ended up driving to Wagoner to eat.

This was the best and I mean the best pizza hut I have been too since a child. This place had a dine in lobby and the pizza tasted just like they used too. I'll never find anything like this back home sadly, will have to visit again
