Had a TERRIBLE experience with the OWNER on the phone doing a simple two pizza to go order. She said my card declined twice yet I was charged twice and have receipts to prove it. She started getting beside herself and wouldn’t even let me complete a sentence without being interrupted. I told the employee she abruptly handed the phone to, once she couldn’t take hearing my common sense anymore, that I am not trying to get a couple free pizzas I just wanted to understand the situation. She didn’t want to see my receipts or have me come in but tomorrow she’s gonna have both. I’ll be sure to update accordingly.

First, I will say that you should definitely try to this place if you’ve never been. It’s some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy crust, real mozzarella, and fresh toppings. Expect to wait about 45 minutes on the pizza. Even if you’re the only one dining in. It’s because it takes a long time for these to bake because they’re almost as thick as a deep dish pizza. It’s worth the wait. Hands down best pizza in town. The building this restaurant is in, is very cool too.
Now, I’ll speak about the real problem at this place… It. Is. Weird. It’s pretty much empty every time I go in there. There is no one that greets you. You just grab a menu, and then seat yourself. Then, you go up to a kitchen area of the restaurant to place your order. They will bring you your drinks, but there is not any wait staff there to take care of you. You just get brought items as they come out of the oven. That’s your opportunity for a refill. Honestly, this place would be so much better if they had a host/wait staff. Even 1 employee that was just servicing the front of house would make a huge difference here.

Best Pizza and salad I've had since moving to NE Oklahoma. 5⭐️ Placing your order is a little odd, you must go up to and kitchen area to order and it just felt a little off.
BUT definitely not going to stop me from coming back again and again.

Service was horrible! Ordered two pizzas. One was ordered with very light sauce, when I got it almost 45 min later and about 15 min after my husband got his pizza it was wrong. Conveniently no manager was there to provide a refund so we sat for another 30 minutes waiting and never got my pizza.

The menu is small, but the food is good. They didn't have coffee or Coke Zero, but the water was excellent. I felt it was more expensive than some places.
The pizza was good but it's a very strange place to go. They can't decide if they're going to be a place with waitresses and waiters that help people who sit in tables or if it's a serve yourself they just seem to be confused. You have to walk to the back of the store to pay but you can't make your own drinks and then they don't ring up your food and the tip at the same time you have to pay that in cash. It's downright strange. I would drop that part of the restaurant because it's just dumb. Pizza is good though.

OMG. Absolutely delicious pizza. Can't say one negative thing about this place, except that there should be more people here. I live in Tulsa and I'd drive here JUST for this pizza. I ordered the Sunrise pizza and added mushrooms and bacon. I haven't been this satisfied with a pizza in a long time! Very clean, love the atmosphere and they're super friendly.

First time visit…LAST TIME VISIT!!! Ate at the original location multiple times. Never ever ever have we been treated with absolutely zero customer service. You walk in a take a menu, then they tell you to order in the back corner. There was the little girl manager who acted like she was having a temper tantrum on the playground. She continued to slam drinks on the table. When she finally dropped off the food she slammed it down too. Food sucked! It was like visiting a place where the 2 people waiting on tables got kicked out of the sandbox. Attached a pics of the so called manager. Don’t waste your hard earned money!
