My husband and I were in Pryor for Rocklahoma. I have had Sam & Ella's before but my husband had not. I suggested it to him and he wanted to give it a try. We ordered a large double pepperoni and took it back to our camp at the festival. He was very impressed with the pizza. He said that he would travel from Tulsa to Pryor just for the pizza.
Drove an hour to have Sam n Ella's for our anniversary (has been over a year since we had a chance) and it was closed when we got there. Was during their regular open schedule and the sign on the door indicated it was several hours before closing. So sad ðŸ˜!!!
First, I will say that you should definitely try to this place if you’ve never been. It’s some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy crust, real mozzarella, and fresh toppings. Expect to wait about 45 minutes on the pizza. Even if you’re the only one dining in. It’s because it takes a long time for these to bake because they’re almost as thick as a deep dish pizza.
