I ordered 1 calizone, 1 large sausage pizza, and 2 large thin crust pepperoni pizzas 1 large cheese pizza. When I picked them up, she pulled them out from Under the counter, they should have been in a warmer, not under the counter. When I got home, the pizza was not hot, and the pepperoni pizzas were not thin crust like I ordered, they were thick crust not everyone in my family likes thick crust so it was a waste of money for me. Next time, I will go a different simple simons or pizza hut.

We had a hankering for pizza but not enough time or energy to make our own so we went to Google to see what was available in town and decided to give Simon's a try. They charge a convenience fee to order online, so a simple phone call saved a little bit off the tab. The pie was ready when they said it would be so no issue at pick up. They have a couple of dirty tables outside but no inside dining so we took it home. I can't say there was anything special about it and seems to be about the same quality as the national chains at a little higher price. We ate all of it but were left unsatisfied with the meal and lack of flavor.
Ordered our pizza. Lady said it would be 20 minutes. Went in at 20 minutes. Young lady at register said they hadn't been started, it'd be 25 minutes. I left came back. Same young lady was nervous because it was not started and manager was short with her stating it be 20 or so minutes if I don't get disturbed.I just left at that point. My time is valuable to me.Simple Simon let me know when you wake up again.
