I keep having bad experiences here, it’s time to leave a review, because management doesn’t care. The tots and fries are always luke warm, over salted, and taste like they were fried in month old grease. The burgers and sandwiches have no care for presentation, smashed, cheese placed half off the sandwich to the point it’s almost all on the wrapper. I love the French vanilla cold brew coffees never have issues with them at ANY other Sonic, I always order easy ice here because the first time I got one at this location it tasted watered down. I’ve ordered the same thing 5 times since and every time it tastes like watered down milk with NO French vanilla flavoring and stacked to the brim with ice. I’m tired of telling them how I want it made and if you can ring it up that way, it should be made that way and customer not given excuses on the company recipe. I don’t want a coffee with watered down milk for $6-7!!!! Everyone needs trained on food and fountain badly! Trust me nobody minds waiting a little extra if you’re giving them good food but getting shit food and drinks with their wait times is just unacceptable!

Well, it's Halloween night and yes, it's a little busyall the stalls are full, but at this point I've waited almost 45 minutes for 12 corn dogs. We thought it was going to be a quick in and out and instead wasted about an hour of my kid's trick-or-treating time stopping at our friendly local sonic. The environment is great. But their service time is absolutely terrible. When it comes down to a night when you know, you're gonna be busy be prepared that's all. The wait time For a corn dog should not be almost an hour. Pulled in a minute before six at five fifty nine and did not get to leave until Six fifty wow

Ordered mozzarella sticks through the app (already paid and tipped) and when I realized I didn't get and sauce to dip them I asked the car hop for marinara sauce and I get treated like I was a huge burden. It wasn't even busy. This is not a one time occurrence. I literally had to ask for syrup for French toast sticks. I get trying to lessen food waste but no need to treat people bad when you have to go back and get sauce.

I've been here a few times, and the food has always been good and out quick. I really like the toaster bacon cheeseburger with the new fries and groovy sauce. The breakfast sandwiches are a must try as well. They have the best drink options and friendly service.
4:30 pm Thursday August 15. We waited over 25 minutes for a slushy. That's ridiculous. I do not recommend this place if it takes this long for a drink.

I don't normally eat here because I don't prefer the food, but it was one of the only places still open at 9:45om last night. Ordered a bacon toaster ...bread was soggy not toasted at all, bacon like a brick. My tator tots tasted like bad/old oil. so those were insta trash. So disappointed that it's so hard to get good food, especially when we don't eat out often. Learned my lesson.

Slowest sonic everrrrrr EDIT I've tried to reach out to corporate many times and that doesn't help that the staff are all either children or Crack heads. It's the slowest fast food in town. Add to door dash so I don't have to wait 35 minutes for my food I'll just send it to my house.
