Had to turn around after leaving the drive through for my son's food. 1 item that took them almost 30 minutes to remake. Sent my husband in who had the joy of watching employees tossed down customers food with the nastiest attitude. They wouldn't tell anyone who food was whos so we still ended up with some random guy sticking his hands in my sons food wondering if it was his. I won't be spending another dime at this place.

went to taco bell tonight. spent $35 just to get home and realize my food had mold in it. all they could offer me was $5 back. this is inexcusable. people could get sick or die over this

It’s happened multiple times where they don’t give you your full order. Even when you order DoorDash. It seems they’re incapable of reading everything you order or they just don’t care. I’ve gone back in several times to have them give me my missing items but you would think they would double or triple check to make sure everything was in the bag. (I only ordered 3 items.) I use to triple check I had everything someone ordered when I worked fast food. If they won’t pay attention you probably should.

They don’t let you order the Caramel Empanada in person only on mobile app. 🥴 workers are friendly though.
I think they forgot the beans in the bean burrito. Looks as though they may have dropped one bean in it by accident.

Ordered two Doritos locos tacos supreme and drove home (with the bag very stationary in the passenger seat). Within 15minutes, the tacos are extremely soggy and crushed like they had just been sitting around and then thrown into the bag. Nearly 8$ to pick up my own food and not be able to eat it because it more closely resembles garbage at this point. Thank you for wasting my money. Won’t be back to Taco Bell for a long time.

The store is well kept and the staff was friendly. The app messed up my order and they replaced it and even gave me a coupon for next time I came in. Although whoever is making the food can't read. It's twice now that I've had a simple order and they mess it up. I asked for my burritos to not have sour cream and they lathered them in it
