I ate there Tuesday, December 8, 2025. Lexi greeted me as soon as I walked in and took my order promptly. My food was at my table in less than five minutes. While I enjoyed my lunch, Lexi was cleaning the store. She is an asset to this location.
Giving a HUGE shout out to April at the Pryor Tropical smoothie. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met, she truly made my whole day. Between the perfect customer service and their delicious smoothies, everyone should absolutely be going there often!
While the food and smoothies were tasty, the initial service experience was lacking. I had to wait at the front for a couple of minutes before my order was taken, despite two employees walking past me without acknowledgement in the meantime. Prompt customer attention at the counter would significantly improve the overall visit.
