Service is alright, not rude but not friendly. The wait is ridiculous even if they’re not busy. Been here multiple times, they always forget a fork for your salad, they never remember to give us the ranch we pay an extra $1 for. Way more expensive than the Claremore location. Not to mention I see all the bad reviews but no one ever responds, shows they don’t care.

It took 19 minutes for a bacon cheeseburger. The food was ok. Staff Meh. Not friendly, but not rude. Last time I come to this location. Integrity 19 minutes i could have gone to a restaurant. So I will.

So I am only posting my review for this woman who works drive through. I haven't seen her in a couple weeks me or the wife. I hope she is doing well we have really taken to this miss Clarissa. She always tried to brighten our day and always had amazing compliments for us, me and my wife came through and she is who kept us coming up there with her amazing personality and great customer service skills! My wife said she always made her day and put a smile on her. We came into the lobby about 3 weeks back and I had heard some unnecessary comments from a grown man in the kitchen to her. When she brought our food out my wife informed her that man doesn't need to be being demanding to you in the very inappropriate way he was being to her. We are really looking forward to seeing you again miss clarissa, please keep up the great spirits that you have at work, we know it must be hard at times but you are making a difference in people's lives! Keep going clarissa! Your doing amazing hope to see your bright smiling face again soon!

Really enjoyed my food, and the service was great. Went to counter and the server was being trained, and their trainers were quite patient and everything was perfect. When in OK would go to this one again!

This was my first visit to whataburger. Honestly I can say that the food was great and you get what you pay for. The serving size of the western burger is huge. The workers were very nice and provided great service, even bringing us our food, sauces, and cleaning up the booth. 10/10

I don't ever leave reviews for chain restaurants or stores, but Barbara & Jeanie were so kind and welcoming, they deserve a shoutout. Both ladies were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience pleasant. They were very attentive to customers & provided a warm smile and conversation. Thank you both!

On our way through and stopped by and it was refreshing to see a clean store and food was hot and fresh. So yummy
Love their food but if you're in a hurry I don't recommend going there. They have 2 drive thru lanes but have had only one open for ages. It's food but not fast food.

I've been here off and on since it's been here and at times it's good it's time it stinks like tonight I told them no onions I received onions or I said easy mustard they plastered that on my burger food was hot just need to read better/or/ pay attention I ordered online so it could be quicker order. Maybe I shouldn't next time.
