Been in the Purcell Arby's a half a dozen times and even if there is no one else inside most all of the tables are dirty with other people's crumbs. No one wipes them down after a customer leaves. This is the case every time we eat there. It's pitiful dirty.

Would say its pretty important to turn on the shake machine when you open. Went primarily because I wanted a jamocha shake place my order in drive through. get to window and was informed someone forgot to turn the machine on. Switch to a coke had to remind worker that cokes cost less than shakes before I paid. Got back to work had no straw in bag.
Changing food from 3 to1 fries were were pretty old. sandwich was small for 10$. Wont be back more bang for buck elsewhere.
I love Arby's what made it better is the gentlemen who helped me was fantastic his name is Keairn Comer. I asked for his full name so I could write this and I knew exactly who to tell you about. He was very respectful, kind VERY knowledgeable about everything. He was quick about everything without making me feel like I was being rushed. In my personal opinion this young man deserves a raise and a promotion. He makes my experience here very comfortable and feels like home. Absolutely need more people like him.

Love this establishment always a number one go to especially when the the big guy kearin is in there hes always polite and helpful and has great customer service i see him there almost daily and know when hes running a shift everything is on point this man deserves a raise and a promotion he keeps everyone that i have talked to wanting to come back

Three of us went on a Monday at 1 pm. Only 2 other couples there. The dining area is nice and open, bright and clean. Awesome air-conditioning. We tried the new cheese stake sandwich. I did not like it. It was too salty and too cheesy. Mozzarella sticks and curly fries were great. Dr. Pepper was fantastic. The bathroom was very dirty with trash everywhere and the bins were full, like they hadn't been cleaned in a day or so.

I went in to get some food. There was this girl Shiann. The whole time she was talking terribly about a specific coworker. She was very rude and making me feel like Arbys is a hostile work place. I would never let an employee publically talk about a coworker who is working and not knowing what is going on. Her job was to help me as a customer, not talk about a fellow employee. Arbys you need to do better on hiring people like her.
