I called to place an order to be picked up. The person who answered didn't say A&W. They also informed me that they would have to go next door and let someone know that I was calling for an order.
I just gave it up after that. I don't think so.
Stale burger bun. Soggy fries. Multiple cheese cards were stuck together. The lady who took my order was nice.Edit: I shared more details at the website referenced by the owner's response (below) and didn't hear back.

Stopped at your Purcell location a week ago today have not ate food sense made me very sick tried calling you several times no one would answer I'm thinking health department needs to do an inspection..

We should of looked at the reviews because they are all right. This place is horrible!! Waited in line for our order to be taken and watched everyone in front of us get their food and when everyone else left, she came on the intercom and told us to wait a minute. We told her we have already been waiting 10 minutes and just left. Thank goodness we could get out and wasn't trapped. Learn to multitask and do your job. Don't give me some \"I'm sorry for your bad experience\" BS because it won't do anything to fix the problem. Just close up already or actually hire people that can do the job

Intercom broken. Waited forever to order through the drive through because the lobby is closed. Only to be told they don’t have freezes.

They don't believe in giving your change back in drive thru! Give them a dollar for a 2.55 for a large drink actual cost 2.53, they keep the pennies....besides that the rudeness & rush to get out of the drive thru get 5 stars ?...their on top of that!°
20 minutes waiting and still no response from the drive through speaker, I would leave but I'm trapped between 2 cars. I should have heeded the warnings of the other reviews now I must wait in this drive through hell for the unforseeable future.
Waited 20 minutes to get to the speaker to order then another 10-15 to actually get my order. Wont be going back.

I've been in the drive through for 25 minutes now and there's only been 2 cars in front of me. I've never had to deal with such slow service in a drive through

Nice people working today, good food I got the bacon double cheeseburger & my wife got the corndog nuggets, both where good, I like that it doubles as a long John silver's because if we are in the mood for fish we can get that here or just a good ol' burger, also love the fast service.
Took a long time to get our food, fries were underdone. Otherwise the our fish, dog and chicken were good.
