I have stopped here several times over the years, usually a good experience. Last night, Jaden took my order and made me one of the best chocolate malts ever. Even though anyone could see that this girl was rushed off her feet, she was friendly, courteous, made a great malt and thanked me for my order. You did great Jaden, I have a feeling this is how you work all the time.

This is the absolute worst Brahms I’ve ever been into much less seeing the way managers being treated. I walked in, and a general manager was her assistant manager’s business yelling at her saying things that she shouldn’t have been saying to her, accusing her of having an attitude, but the young lady sure didn’t have an attitude The general manager is always rude when we come in so I will be taking my business elsewhere like Arby’s or McDonald’s
manager named drew is very disrespectful and rude should not be a manager
How much is a franchise? We need one or two in MN.

Every single time we stop here, our order is always wrong. Drive through has priority over counter customers. You can stand at the counter waiting for someone to take your order, we've actually had cashiers tell us they have to take a drive through order and walk away.
