A friend and I visited the restaurant for a quick ice cream after a hard day of work. I ordered the banana split and he ordered the Cherry Shortcake Sundae. It was a wonderful treat. I haven't had a banana split in a long time, yummy. The staff was super friendly and service was quick and painless
The staff here are very polite and helpful with questions or diet concerns. The food was good, not 5 star steak dinner, of course, but better than most fast food places. The managers seemed to be on top of everything by having employees check the lobby and making sure things were stocked and ready for lunch rush. I give a three star for the bathrooms. The manager of this Braums has so much grace and patience with her employees! I honestly have not seen that in a long time! She was so good navigating and willing to help her employees succeed! It was very busy, And I was in a hurry, but she needs a raise or needs position of training other managers for stores in the future! Absolutely amazing and she deserves praise today! 10:22am I do not know her name!
