I've eaten here frequently for over 2 years now and its still the best tasting fast food breakfast in town, shout out to Brandy and staff! Never had a mediocre meal!

Brandi, the manager, was phenomenal! She doesn’t have the newest or most updated store but I guarantee she has the best food around! My wife’s hot ham and Swiss was melted to perfection. After her sandwich was finished, she was attacking her fries with bbq sauce while talking to someone, I asked her who she was talking to and she said she was talking about how good the food was but she didn’t realize it was out loud! Anyway, don’t shy away from this Carl’s JR, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Brandy was very fast and sweet. Place was very clean and the food was hot.
I stopped in to have lunch here earlier today. I submitted my order on the app after I parked in the parking lot. I gave them about a 5 minute head start after submitting my order. When I walked inside, my order was ready. The food was fresh and accurate with my order. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. I don’t go to Purcell very often anymore, but I will definitely be stopping in for another meal here, especially with a lot of the other locations closing down.

This is the most unorganized fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. No ice in the machine in the lobby, staff didn’t appear to want to be there and the atmosphere is terrible. The whole time my husband and I were in there ordering, waiting for our breakfast, and eating our breakfast, the manager did not stop yelling at her employees. First of all, yelling at them won’t get anything accomplished. Second as a customer, that’s not the atmosphere I want when trying to enjoy breakfast or any meal. Absolutely ridiculous. Orders were being given to the wrong customers. You should consider using people’s names OR using order numbers on the receipt. I think that this store needs to be overhauled and have some training for the management and the staff. Should have just requested a refund and went to one of the other options in town. Cannot say I will be back.
