Brandi, the manager, was phenomenal! She doesn’t have the newest or most updated store but I guarantee she has the best food around! My wife’s hot ham and Swiss was melted to perfection. After her sandwich was finished, she was attacking her fries with bbq sauce while talking to someone, I asked her who she was talking to and she said she was talking about how good the food was but she didn’t realize it was out loud! Anyway, don’t shy away from this Carl’s JR, I promise...

I stopped in to have lunch here earlier today. I submitted my order on the app after I parked in the parking lot. I gave them about a 5 minute head start after submitting my order. When I walked inside, my order was ready. The food was fresh and accurate with my order. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. I don’t go to Purcell very often anymore, but I will definitely be stopping in for another meal here, especially with a lot of the other locations closing down.

Food was absolutely excellent as always! The service was outstanding. Ray in particular went above and beyond to make our dining experience outstanding! Would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody.
