actually wait on your customers. you had only one table of customers, I sat there 15 minutes and the employees walking around never came to the table or said a word. Really saw no reason for staying or coming back..

The food is really good, but if you want the special you better call and order or go early, they run out quick. Hours of operation are not great, they close at 1 or 2. But if you are in Purcell around noon, definitely worth the money.
The soups and sandwiches we got were SO good! Really nice variety on their menu. The service was extra friendly! The atmosphere is simple, but clean and cute.

Great little downtown cafe serving lunch Monday through Friday. Daily specials from sandwiches to soups to dessert. If you are traveling along I-35 near Purcell, make plans for a detour to main street and grab a bite for lunch.
Today's special was the Folded Havarti Crunch wrap (with a side choice--I pad the potato salad). Turkey, bacon, and Havarti cheese on a grilled jalepeño wrap. Great portion size for lunch, good value for a fresh alternative to a burger chain meal.
Service was polite and prompt, and the wait time for my meal was just a couple of minutes.
Whatever you do, do not let them talk you into one or seven of their homemade, no bake cookies for dessert :)
Kid-friendliness: High chairs, park bench style seating available, crayons and paper rolls for the kiddos.

Happy Camper has great food! Love their menu selections, service, and atmosphere. Very family friendly and great for a quick workday lunch. I just love their potato salad, and I am picky on that! You can order ahead, and they have a really reasonable lunch special option daily. Keep your eyes open for occasional dinner hours, their menu always looks delish!

Ours was using it as a venue for a surprise birthday party! We enjoyed the relax, simple atmosphere, cool and comfortable. We plan on coming back to eat sometime soon.
Adorable little cafe in downtown Purcell! Food was delicious. Service was great. We were there after the main lunch rush. It was fairly quiet when we arrived. Can’t wait to go back.

It’s been great having locally owned and operated Happy Camper arrive in Purcell. It’s an easy option for lunch choices not found elsewhere in town. My favorite is their Cuban sandwich. I usually order ahead and carry out since I live within blocks of the restaurant.
