Placed an order for 2 calzones for 35 f dollars at 330 they said the delivery driver does not get there till 4pm we’ll it’s now 5:44pm and they do not answer the phone nor have they delivered our food but they sure did charge our card thanks for being theives I will trash you on every social media platform there is hope you like the TikTok’s and Facebook and instagram post about you cause you sure did earn it I will never use this place again since they like to steal

I’m sad to say that Mazzio’s in Purcell just isn’t what it used to be. The bad experience started from the second we walked in the door. We went in for dinner and the women who was taking our order kept interrupting us so she could talk to her kids who were running around the restaurant. We spent over $60 on dinner for 3 people which is quite pricey for the quality of food. The floors were covered in food and trash. All the tables were nasty and sticky. Employees were sitting and laying around. Our order was brought out wrong and the lady who took our order proceeded to take the mixed up order out to her kids for free. The young boy who was cooking the food was very sweet and apologetic about the mixed up food. He was the only employee actually doing something. I am so disappointed in Purcell Mazzios and the terrible experience we just had. Something needs to change.

Pulled of interstate 35 , in the town of Pursell Ok. Stopped at Mazzios, people there were all nice, especially Sunny. She was super nice and very helpful. They have a lunch buffet with a salad bar. Well worth the stop.

I like mazzios but lately it's just not the same like it was before. I always order the same thing and they either forget the ranch or forget my drink. They make it sound like it's a hassle to give it to me or give me a refund. I have always tried to give them more business when dominoes came but I'm not gonna order from mazzios anymore.

Since my friend did something at the store and i went in with him, they won’t let us get food or water from the restaurant. Plus food is too greasy. Manager or whoever won’t let us be in there even if I didn’t do anything. Service was good other than the front lady. Now she has lost so many of her customers due to most of them being teens from my friend group.Kid-friendliness: They don’t care about customers ong.
