Absolutely the best Spanish omelets ever! 10/10! I did not stay at the Inn so I can't review that but we've eaten breakfast here a couple times and the food is always amazing, especially the omelets! There was a little bit of a wait and for good reason, the food is incredible! Staff were friendly and the food arrived quickly, fresh and tasty. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I left after I saw them cleaning the vent grills above the food I ordered was cooking on the grill. All the filth of those grills would fall into the food below. Not very sanitary.

We actually always come thru and get the meals there. Hot and ready within 15mins even with the new cook.
The food was good when we finally got it, plan on minimum 30 minute wait. Wait staff was good and attentive, it wasn't her fault the cooks were evidently short handed or there wasn't enough help.
Someone else's side of bacon stayed on our table for awhile until the waitress moved it to the correct table.
Very old and outdated fixtures; filthy bathroom. Y'all just go to Wendy's next door.

Ruby’s is a landmark in Purcell. I hate to see it continue to go down. But raising pricing and lowering quality is not going to work. Sure wish they could turn things around. Maybe some business education could help.
