I was disappointed, family was disappointed.

1. Chose location and spent several minutes texting people for orders and dealing with the app and putting in my order. It cleared my order at checkout.
2. Went to the location, they said they cannot accept app orders so no points earned.
3. They did not have most of the food I was trying to order on the app. So I was put on the spot ordering food for the family that wasn't the food they wanted.
4. Fanta shake was more of a float... Onion rings were tiny and disappointing. Prices were higher than I expected.

I came to sonic to get a tea 44 oz I asked for extra ice so the kid brought my tea barely had any ice . So I asked him if I could get a cup ice he looked at me weird he said ok I will get it for you next thing I know manager came to me he said what's the problem I said I need a cup ice for my tea, he came out with had a tiny cup ice I said thank you very much that manager said nothing back he was so RUDE!! I was like I'll pay for the ice. WTH . I really wanted to tell him off but that would of been rude for me to but did not want to lower myself to his level.

Probably my favorite sonic. Have only made a mistake one time and they fixed it And apologize, even when they've been slammed. The workers have always been friendly and courteous. And the food has always been good.

Drinks are RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE unless you use the app and even more expensive than most places.
Most locations have stopped including cherries and the drinks are often watered-down.

I was running around Purcell and decided to grab a drink on the way home. I had a coupon I purchased from the local cheerleaders for a 99¢ large drink. I ordered a Root Beer with easy ice. It came out quickly and the carhop was very friendly. I ordered from the patio speaker. It was a good day for it. You can also still order at the stalls and of course download the app and order there as well.

This will be the 3rd time I’ve had an issue in the past 6 months. & they simply always say…call corporate.

Tonight I waited 30 mins for a mobile order, after not seeing a single order come out, I called the store only to have a rude employee tell me their system is down & they can’t do anything.

I also work in the food industry, & fully understand sometime you can’t control certain situations. Hence why I waited 30 mins for a chili dog.

But when every stall is full & the team is hiding inside, clearly not telling anyone there is an issue or trying to communicate? Do better. People

The employee simply stated we can take cash payments. But I’ve already paid via the app, & can’t reroute my order screen. Not a single I’m sorry or a solution. Just a smart tone with no solution or my a care for my wasted time or money. I don’t expect perfection, but I don’t appreciate the lack of care of professionalism.
