This used to be my favorite Starbucks to go to, everyone was super nice and they made drinks well but after this morning we won’t be swinging in anymore. We ordered a coffee, it was basically all milk, we asked if they could remake it with more coffee, and the guy said he’d have to charge us extra for it and wouldn’t remake it (after we already paid $30 for coffees and one was a cup of milk). Super disappointing! If you pay $6+ for a certain drink, they should make it how it’s supposed to be.

Asked for an ice water and they told me I had to make a purchase..I said sure! I’ll purchase an ice water!..they tell me that’s not allowed?? I GET having to pay for water if you’re not getting anything else, Starbucks is a business after all. As I said, I would’ve paid for it. But not even allowing customers to PURCHASE the water is nuts doesn’t really make sense.

My mom use to go to this location every morning and the last couple times she has went the guy who has been taking her orders has had a rude attitude and now she feels uncomfortable going back.

There was a small wait, but they were great at communicating! Madison was a whole vibe and very sweet!! My drink was top notch and so delicious.

I have never been treated so rude. One of the employees held down the large cups and told me they had only small. Maybe because I didn't look the way they wanted. Maybe because I was to old. I don't know why they treated me this way. I will NEVER return their again and will also tell my friends. Every single one of those employees did not want to serve me. I've never been so discrimated. The drink were very good but I will stick to thr one in pauls valley.

I'm not one who usually complains by any means. But I love Starbucks, I love coffee. Every single time I've been here it's been TERRIBLE. I was in a rush this morning and went here hoping it was better, I normally go to Paul's valley because they make the best coffee and are super friendly. This morning my coffee taste like hot milk and that is it. I won't be back here again ever.
