Went in to this location on September 13, 2025. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and was ignored the whole time no one ever came to take my order. Eventually, I Hispanic woman who couldnât speak English came out and pointed me over to the kiosk. At this point, I had already been there for close to 15 minutes. I went to the kiosk and placed the order and when I went to scan my card, the kiosk went blue screen and said that an error occurred and it couldnât process my order so I got mad and left. The next day they processed the transaction and charged me for food that I never got. I emailed Taco Bell corporate and got a response. Email saying that said âweâre on it.!â That was seven days ago and I havenât even received a response. The only reason that theyâre getting one star is because I canât see that zero stars is an option. When the whole crew will ignore you standing there and no one will take your order within 15 minutes the place should Be shut down

I had a great experience here, one of the workers Miriam stood out the most she served us our food and she did a great job at doing so when we go out food everything came back perfect we had no problems at all I would 100% come back here again

The service was top-tier! The person at the window was very nice. The food was amazing! We have a bunch of picky eaters on our family, the food was prepared with perfect precision. Not even a single stray piece of lettuce.

I havenât been to a Taco Bell in over a year. I stopped by this one during a trip. It was truly a great experience. The staff was friendly, the crunchy taco was stuffed! Great job!

Manager is rude, didnât get all my food that was ordered for the 2nd time. He told me If I thought I could do a better job he would give me an applicationâŠ. Really. Well I probably could one thing they teach you is to double check the orders before you hand it out the window to the customer. And the sad thing is it was the manager that did it.

I ordered a $7 deluxe meal from Taco Bell, expecting a taco loaded with cheese, lettuce, and sour cream, but it only had ground beef. I also ordered a quesadilla, but received a strange, triangular item that was unrecognizable and tasted awfulâeasily my worst dining experience ever.

All the taco bells should be like this, I have a lot of time traveling all over the country and really very good preparation and attention from this team. Including the man at the cash register and two Latin ladies with a very good attitude

Went in at 10AM nothing was ready. The Hispanic lady would not acknowledge me even though I was saying ma'am over and over but I see she was ignoring me. Never got to order food or address the concern of the ladies restroom having đ© all over the toilets and the walls. They had just opened how can the restroom be in that condition!?!?! This taco bell is the worst on the planet

Donât expect to eat here past 10 if you have a truck or trailer. The lobby will be closed.
Did an online order still had to wait awhile (more than 5 min) for order. Drive thru staff has zero customer service skills. Multiple drinks asked for a carrier and was given the stink eye.
