This was my first time in my life getting bad service. These people were extremely rude and disgusting. Inside the location is filthy as well. Just make the drive to Norman or deliver from there. Or get Taco Mayo.

The young girl who was just working there in the past 10 minutes was rude and had no customer service. This Taco Bell should either rehire their entire team or have them all complete a customer service course.

Awful said they were out of soft tortillas ordered something else and put a what I originally ordered in the bag. It’s a way up
I went to this location nov. 28th at night. The couple working there needs to get it together or one or the other needs to find a different job. How hard is it to make a quesadilla? Apparently very hard for them. It's burnt and not cut like they are supposed to cut it

there is a women talking bad about the only black kid there she needs to be fired instantly if she keeps working there then im gonna have to call the city to shut this place down its unacceptable i was with my son trying to eat if she keeps working there i will spread the word around everywhere in this town
Staff were fine but take look. Do you think that's $25 worth of soft tacos? I got a 12pk and they all looked like this. Wrong wrapper which I get but there is literally 90% lettuce in these. Also, all the tortillas were wet. Assuming they cleaned the stagging area prior and didn't dry it off, no telling what chemicals are being soaked up.

Went in to this location on September 13, 2025. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and was ignored the whole time no one ever came to take my order. Eventually, I Hispanic woman who couldn’t speak English came out and pointed me over to the kiosk. At this point, I had already been there for close to 15 minutes. I went to the kiosk and placed the order and when I went to scan my card, the kiosk went blue screen and said that an error occurred and it couldn’t process my order so I got mad and left. The next day they processed the transaction and charged me for food that I never got. I emailed Taco Bell corporate and got a response. Email saying that said “we’re on it.!” That was seven days ago and I haven’t even received a response. The only reason that they’re getting one star is because I can’t see that zero stars is an option. When the whole crew will ignore you standing there and no one will take your order within 15 minutes the place should Be shut down

I had a great experience here, one of the workers Miriam stood out the most she served us our food and she did a great job at doing so when we go out food everything came back perfect we had no problems at all I would 100% come back here again

The service was top-tier! The person at the window was very nice. The food was amazing! We have a bunch of picky eaters on our family, the food was prepared with perfect precision. Not even a single stray piece of lettuce.

I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in over a year. I stopped by this one during a trip. It was truly a great experience. The staff was friendly, the crunchy taco was stuffed! Great job!
Sign says they close at 12 and they wouldn’t let me in at 11
